Prices are per week (from Saturday to Saturday) and include air
conditioning/heating, TV, phone, one delivery of bed sheets, beach
facilities (1 beach-umbrella, 1 sun lounger and 1 deck) and one parking
place. Small pets are allowed. Extra cleaning charge € 50,00
Beds available for each apartment are strictly fixed and there is no
possibility of extra beds. In the absence of communications, the
management is deemed exempt from all responsibility. Children, even less
than the year, are considered as adults
TOURIST-TAX NOT INCLUDED.
FINAL CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of the stay and must be
carried out by the customer.
If the customer does not carry out the final cleaning, the following will

THREE-ROOM FLAT IN BUNGALOW: € 85,00
EXTRA PARKING PLACE: € 7,00
TAKE AWAY SERVICE: you can book your favourite food and take it away
at the fixed times by restaurant Rondò.
EXTRA MEALS IN THE RESTAURANT: €. 25,00 adults – Children up to 6 y.o. € 15,00

CHECK-IN: available from 16.00 – CHECK-OUT: until 10.00 after check
1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT The reservation is confrrmed only on receipt of the
deposit, corresponding to 30% of totaI amount. ls faculty of The Director accept or reject
the late deposit. Caution of € 100,00 must be paid at the arrival, earlier of the delivery of
2. CANCELLATION In case of cancellation of booking the client will have to inform us
at least 30 days before the arrival and the deposit will be not lost. In any other cases the
deposit will be lost and the client should have to pay the remaining part of amount (Art.
The early departure or check out does not allow any reduction of price.
3. STAY RULES lt‘s forbidden to host more persons than the permitted. Children are
calculated by ltalian law as adults. Daily visits must be authorized by the reception with
the delivery of identity card. The guests must strictly observe the rules: damaged or
stolen objects must be refund by client.
Small pets are allowed. Extra cleaning charge € 50,00. lt‘s forbidden to use heater,
camp stove or barbecue in the house, in the terrace and also into the pine forest. The
Director and the Staff reserve the faculty to enter in the flat for urgent operations also
without the presence of the client. lf will appear dangerous non-observance of rules,
the stay wilI break up with immediate effect. The Director reserves the right to claim any
damage and to be refund of any cost relateci to the intervention of specialized staff due
to an improper use of the flat and of its equipment by the guest. The client can do a claim
about the flat conditions within 24 hours from the arrival.
4. ARRIVAL The arrival must be on the fixed date. In case of delay, the client should
have to inform in advance the Hotel. The flat will be at disposal of the client untiI the day
after at 10.00 a.m., after which the direction can reserve the flat for other guest. At the
arrival all guests must show the identity card or passports for Public Security registration.
Every change must be immediately communicated to the reception. Personal data will
be treated in respect of ltalian law and according to D.lgs 196/03 on the protection of
privacy. The flat is available from 16.00 p.m. We take care of your request but we cannot
guarantee the request ola specifrc flat or floor.
5. DEPARTURE The client should leave the flat at 10.00 a.m. the day of the departure. The
final cleaning is charged to the client on the contrary he can request
the cleaning upon payment (defrosted fridge, with no garbage, clean dishes remain at
the carriage of guests). The structure refuse every responsibility for forgotten objects: the
client should anyway complain them within 7 days and if we will found them, the client
must pick up them within 1 month.
