GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Apartments’ prices are per week (from Saturday to Saturday) and include air conditioning/heating, TV, phone, one delivery of bed sheets, beach facilities (1 beach-umbrella, 1 sun lounger and 1 deck) and one parking place.
TOURIST-TAX NOT INCLUDED.
OTHER SERVICES UPON PAYMENT:
CLEANING upon request: only kitchen nook € 20,00. Flat type A € 35,00 – Type B € 45,00 – Type C € 50,00
PARKING PLACE: Parking place for a second car or for visitor’s car must be agreed with the reception and will be charged the amount of €. 5,00 per day
TAKE AWAY SERVICE: you can book your favourite food and take it away at the fixed times by restaurant Rondò with direct payment at the cash-desk.
IMPORTANT: The beds per apartment are strictly fixed and there is no possibility of „extra beds“. Any movement of persons accommodated must be promptly reported for the notification to Public Safety. Otherwise, the direction is exempt from all liability
CHECK-IN: available from 16.00 – CHECK-OUT: until 10.00 after check
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF STAY
- BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The reservation is to be considered definitively confirmed only after receipt of the deposit equivalent to 25% of the total amount. The Management reserves the right to refuse accounts received after the date of option, unless decided otherwise by the parties. The balance, together with a deposit of € 75.00, to be paid the day of arrival when you collect the keys.
- CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
In case of cancellation you will not be lost the deposit for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is not done within the scheduled time, for any reason it will be refunded the deposit, and if not re-rented accommodation, the customer is required to pay the remaining amount agreed sum (Art. 1385 Civil Code).
In the event that the customer advances his departure, than the agreed time, he is not entitled in any case to any reduction in the amount, consequently can not demand the return of the deposit paid.
- RESIDENCE REGULATIONS
It is forbidden to accommodate more people than allowed by the Regulation. In this respect, children are considered as adults. Any daily visitors must be required of receiving delivery of documents.
Guests are obliged to respect the house regulations and to scrupulously observe the common rules concerning the quiet.
The guests must have respect for the apartment (walls, floors, etc.), Of its equipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, stove, etc.) And furniture. Any damaged or stolen items must be paid by the customer.
No pets of any kind. It is not allowed to use stoves, electric cookers, air conditioners, or own barbecue in the rooms, terraces or in the pine forest. The Management and employees are allowed to enter the housing for urgent action even in the absence of the occupants. If the inspection may arise serious failures, the stay is settled law with immediate effect. The management may not claim the agreed amount in full and possible damages. Complaints about the housing status will be accepted only within 24 hours after arrival.
The arrival must occur on the fixed day. In case of delay please notify promptly; Otherwise the accommodation will be kept available until 10.00 am the next day after which it may be rented again without notice. At check-in you will have to show, for the registration, identity documents valid for all occupants. Customer data will be processed electronically in compliance with Law 196/03 on the protection of privacy and will be reported to the Public Security.
Key collection will take place on the day of arrival and is guaranteed not before 16.00 hours.
The request for a special accommodation (number, floor, orientation, view, etc.) Is taken into account but is not provided in any case the warranty.
The apartment must be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m.
Guests must return the accommodation in a perfect state of order and cleanliness. On request, the housing unit Cleaning can be done by our staff for a fee and in any case must be left free from garbage, plates and dishes perfectly clean and the refrigerator empty and defrosted.The structure refuse every responsibility for forgotten objects: the client should anyway complain them within 7 days and if we will found them, the client must pick up them within 1 month.
With the reservation is considered accepted all the above terms.
