REDUCTIONS (for the third person in room):
Children from 4 to under 6 years of age: -50%; Children from 6 to under 11: -30%; over 11: -10%.
Prices are per person and per overnight stay and include, except from drinks: air conditioning/heating, TV, phone, beach facilities (1 beachumbrella,
1 sun lounger and 1 deckchair) and one parking place. Full-board and half-board prices and beach facilities are available with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
TOURIST-TAX NOT INCLUDED.
OTHER SERVICES UPON PAYMENT:
PARKING PLACE: Possible second parking place or for visitors must compulsorily be agreed with the reception and is charged €. 5,00 per day.
EXTRA MEALS: fixed price €. 25,00 per person – drinks not included.
CHECK-IN: available from 14.00
CHECK-OUT: until 10.00 a.m.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF STAY
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The reservation is to be considered definitively confirmed only after receipt of the deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount. The Management reserves the right to refuse accounts received after the date of option, unless decided otherwise by the parties. The balance must be paid at the end of the stay (do not accept bank transfers). In the event that the customer advances its departure from the agreed time, he has no right under any circumstances to any reduction of the total amount. Any unused meals during the stay will not be refunded under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
In case of cancellation you will not be lost the deposit for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is not done on time, for any reason it will be refunded the deposit, and if not riaffittata the room, the customer is required to pay the remaining balance outstanding (Art. 1385 Civil Code).
Any daily visitors must be required of receiving delivery of documents. Guests are obliged to respect the house regulations and to scrupulously observe the common rules concerning the quiet. Any damaged or stolen items must be paid by the customer.
No pets of any kind. The Management and employees are allowed to enter the rooms for urgent action even in the absence of the occupants. If the inspection may arise serious failures, the stay is settled law with immediate effect. The management may not claim the agreed amount in full and possible damages.
The arrival must occur on the fixed day. In case of delay please notify promptly; Otherwise the accommodation will be kept available until 10.00 am the next day after which it may be rented again without notice. At check-in you will have to show, for the registration, identification documents of all occupants. Any changes in the course of the stay must be promptly communicated to the reception.
Customer data will be processed electronically in compliance with Law 196/03 on the protection of privacy and will be reported to the Public Security.
Key collection will take place on the day of arrival and is guaranteed not before 14.00 hours.
The request for a particular room (number, floor, orientation, view, etc.) Is taken into account but is not provided in any case the warranty.
The room must be vacated no later than 10.00 am.
The structure refuse every responsibility for forgotten objects: the client should anyway complain them within 7 days and if we will found them, the client must pick up them within 1 month.
With the reservation is considered accepted all the above terms.
