Prices are per person per day. Air conditioning/heating, TV, phone, beach
facilities (1 beach-umbrella, 1 sun lounger and 1 deckchair) and one
parking place are included in the above price. Full-board and half-board prices
are available with a minimum of 3 nights. Small pets are allowed.
Beverages at extra charge. Tourist tax not included.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF STAY:
1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
The reservation is confirmed only on receipt of the deposit, corresponding to 30% of
totaI amount. ls faculty of The Director accept or reject the late deposit. The balance has
to be paid on the end of your stay (We do not accept bank transfer). The early check out
does not allow any reduction of price. The lunch or dinner not eaten are not refundable.
In case of cancellation of booking the client will have to inform us at least 30 days before
the arrival and the deposit will be not lost. In all other cases, the deposit will be lost and
the client should have to pay the remaining part of amount (Art. 1385 c.c.).
3. STAY RULES
Daily visits must be authorized by the reception with the delivery of identity card. The
guests must strictly observe the rules: damaged or stolen objects must be refund by
client. Small pets are allowed. Director and Staff reserve the faculty to enter in the rooms
for urgent operations also without the presence of the client. lf will appear dangerous
non-observance of rules, the stay will break up with immediate effect. The Director
reserves the right to claim any damage and to be refund of any cost related to the
intervention of specialized staff due to an improper use of the room and of its equipment
by the guest.
The arrival must be on the agreed date. In case of delay, the client should have to inform
in advance the Hotel. The room will be at disposal of the client until the day after at 10.00
a.m., after which thedirection can reserve the room for another guest. At the arrival all
guests must show the identity card or passports for Public Security registration. Every
change must be immediately communicated to the reception. Personal data will be
treated in respect of ltalian law and according to D.lgs 196/03 on the protection of
privacy. The room is available starting from 14.00 p.m. We take care of your request but
we cannot guarantee the request of a specific room or floor.
The client should leave the room at 10.00 a.m. the day of the departure. The structure
refuses every responsibility for forgotten objects: the client should anyway complain
them within 7 days and if we will found them, the client must pick up them within the
end of the season.
